a raid on her house. the judge is sending information on how to respond. lisa baden the problem is having inconsistent theories. earlier questions from the jury regarding the decorouand definif "implied." also, how long she had have the gift cards in her possession to constitute a crime. a person in a position of public trust keeping something of value that does not belong to them. the judge advised the jury to read page 21 of the instructions. perhaps they struggled with this sentence.
